120-patch Layout -- 6"x4" (4R size)

Optimal Layout for 6"x4" size
120 patches could be placed in a single 4R photo paper with the following configuration, unit used is mm.
DefaultPatchWidth="11"
DefaultPatchHeight="7"
DefaultGapWidth=".1"
DefaultGapHeight="2"
DefaultHeaderLength="5" 
DefaultTrailerLength="3"
